Cancelation Policy
The 16-hour Buccal Massage Continuing Education class includes a clear and fair 60-day cancellation policy to accommodate any changes in plans or unforeseen circumstances. Participants who need to cancel their registration are required to provide adequate notice at least 60 days prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 60 days but more than 30 days of the course start date will be subject to a partial refund (50%). Any cancellations within 30 days from the class dates will not be refunded. In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, students may request a transfer to a future session or a partial refund (50%), subject to approval. This policy ensures that both the students and the course administrators have adequate time to manage scheduling and participation.
